2011 – 2012 Rental Rates for Hale Kamaole Unit # 254 (Chuck & Teresa’s Maui Condo)

Our condo is located in South Kihei across from Kamaole Beach Park III. The complex is situated on seven (7)
acres of beautifully landscaped grounds overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Our Unit is # 254 and is in Building 6,
located on the Wailea side of the complex. Our unit is the second one from the corner and up one flight of stairs.

You will find that our home is well appointed and includes:

• The main floor hosts an outdoor lanai, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, bedroom (w/queen bed), and full bath.
• The kitchen hosts a full size range, refrigerator, microwave, auto coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.
• The living area has a large flatscreen HDTV, a VCR/DVD player, stereo/tape/CD player, and WIFI.
• The master bedroom (with king-size bed) and master bathroom are located upstairs.
• Also located upstairs is an open loft with two (2) twin beds.

Deposit $200 non-refundable/week of stay

• Rates are based on 4 persons. Up to two additional guests may be included at a rate of $15/night per guest.
• Minimum stay of 7 nights for peak season. Minimum 14 night stay over Christmas/New Year’s.
• Stays of less than 7 nights will be charged a one time cleaning fee of $175.
• 1/2 day fee for late checkout is available.
• All rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to Hawaii’s 13.42% tax on all rentals * Canadian Guests – Contact us for payment arrangements.
• Non-refundable deposit is due upon reservation with final payment due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• Refunds (excluding deposit) given only if cancellations are received 60 days prior to arrival.
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM, Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Thank you in advance for not smoking in our home.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 60 days, deposit is forfeited.
• Refunds for balance are given only if condo can be re-rented.
• Refund is pro-rated based on number of days rented. Refunds will incur a 5% administrative handling fee.
